The new Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts (SSLA) aims to offer discerning students and parents an intellectually engaging campus community and a breadth and depth of perspectives inside and outside the classroom. These experiences shall be shaped and facilitated by a dynamic faculty. SSLA is a coeducational liberal arts school providing a diverse learning community which will be known for its intellectual rigour and academic engagement.
At present it shall be located at the Symbiosis Campus at Senapati Bapat Road, Pune where it shall be inspired by the presence of RK Laxman's Common Man statue. Students and faculty shall meet as day scholars exploring a variety of subjects and topics ranging from documentary films to Hindi Cinema, Shakespeare to Chetan Bhagat's latest, Stock market movements to earthquakes and nuclear fallouts, and so on.
