Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management (SITM), Pune was the first institute to realize the needs and demands of well-educated management graduates to support the growing telecom sector in India. From the beginning of its journey in 1996, it is a pioneer in the field of Telecom Management in the country with a mission to develop world class Telecom Business Leaders, who can handle the ever-changing technology and the business scenario effectively at all levels of the corporate ladder.

SITM is a constituent of Symbiosis International University and is located at the scenic campus of Symbiosis knowledge village at Lavale, Pune. It is a fully residential campus which has all sports facilities like Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Squash, Swimming, Gym, Yoga & Aerobic Centre and Health Care. It has state-of-the-art IT infrastructure with a Software Lab and a specialized Network Lab with 24 hour internet connectivity. There is a well-stocked library with a terminal for accessing library catalogue.

SITM offers a two-year full time residential Post Graduate degree, Master of Business Administration (Telecom Management) with dual specialization in Marketing & Finance and Systems & Finance. SITM also offers executive programs for working professionals and classes are conducted only on the weekends in the campus.

Typical profiles offered to marketing students are presales, sales, marketing, business development, business analyst, consultants (SAP, BRS etc), product manager, account manager, bid manager, solutions selling and so on.

Students opting for Systems specialization look forward to working as a project manager, associate consultant, pre-sales consultant, business development manager, corporate revenue assurance executive, account manager, process designer, bid managers and IT-strategists. These are just examples of profiles that are available to students with Systems specialization.
